First it was the COVID-19 pandemic – life as we knew it changed, probably forever. Do you remember when you could greet someon by hugging them? And when we could hold face-to-face meetings instead of virtual ones? By now, even if we haven’t been infected ourselves, we all know many people who have been infected, and friends and loved ones who have passed away. And you know, better than I do, the effect it’s had on pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
